Privacy Policy
Overview
Track Tailor is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not collect personal data, does not run its own servers, and does not share information with third parties beyond what is described below.
Data stored on your device
All playlist configurations, filter rules, and sync history are stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. This data never leaves your device except through iCloud sync (see below) and does not contain any personally identifiable information beyond what you enter voluntarily.
iCloud sync
If you have iCloud enabled, playlist configurations are synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit private database. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is only accessible to you. Achim Braml has no access to your iCloud data.
Apple Music access
The app requests access to your Apple Music library to create and manage playlists on your behalf. Music catalog searches are performed via Apple's MusicKit framework. The app does not store your Apple Music credentials — authentication is handled entirely by Apple.
Advertising
The free tier of Track Tailor shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data for ad personalization, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. If you deny tracking, non-personalized ads are shown. Purchasing the Remove Ads subscription removes all advertising from the app.

Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Achim Braml does not have access to your payment details. Purchase records are managed entirely by Apple.
Push notifications
The app may register for remote push notifications to receive CloudKit change signals. No notification content is stored or transmitted outside of Apple's infrastructure.
Analytics and crash reporting
The app does not include any third-party analytics or crash reporting SDK. Crash reports may be collected by Apple's standard diagnostic reporting if you have opted in via iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.
Data deletion
You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device. iCloud data can be removed via Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage. No data is retained on any external server.
Children's privacy
Track Tailor is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If the privacy policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
